At Biharpay.co.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While most of our services are digital and non-refundable, we do offer refunds in specific, genuine cases as outlined below.
1. Nature of Services:
We provide real-time digital services such as AEPS, recharge, bill payments, Cash Deposit, and other fintech services. Once these services are successfully processed, they are generally non-refundable.
2. Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: If the transaction fails due to a technical error or server issue. If the amount is debited from the customer’s account, but the service is not delivered. In case of duplicate transactions due to system error.
3. Refund Process:
Customers must raise a refund request via email:support@biharpay.co.in, The request must include the transaction ID, screenshot, and full transaction details. After verifying the case, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Cases:
Transactions made with incorrect details (e.g., wrong mobile number or account number). Refunds will not be provided for customer errors or unjustified reasons. Services already fulfilled successfully.
